Is that where you just fill a bag, put it in a hole in a self service till and it reads what you've got? They've had that in Zürich for a couple of years and it's really cool - all the benefits (and lack of human interaction) of a self service till, but no need to scan anything biggrin

Does anyone have experience of the new Nespresso Expert range?

https://www.nespresso.com/uk/en/expert-machines-ra...

I've not really seen any reviews and it doesn't seem to be in stock.

Thanks!

I found some cheap waitrose own ones the other day £2 for 10 (on offer) the best 3rd party I've tried.
Still not cheap enough at full price but I'd pick up more if reduced.

I'm a big fan of these - https://www.cafepod.com/

No issues at all with my home or work machines and I like the coffee (all of them).

I just picked up a pack of thses at Lidl, 1/3 of the price of the real ones.

Not worth it. The coffee is watery, the crema isn't as smooth and is full of tiny coffee grains and it doesn't taste great. I guess I'll save it for guests I don't like hehe

I ended up buying 4 x machines @ £69 each..... last time I did this I split up the aeroccino and machine and sold them separately on eBay
Good effort, how did you get around the multiple buys per account? Do you need a new address per account or just email. Just thinking of getting a couple of packs would I get away with one for me and one in the better halves name? Also did you get more on ebay by splitting the machines and did you keep the welcome selection of pods?
Sorry for not responding sooner as I've just checked the thread again. You need to set up a new account but you only need a different email; my wife and I both have 2 accounts. I waited until the offer was finished (yesterday) and listed the complete machines on eBay last night for £74.95 + p/p and sold 2 overnight! I bought 3x black and 1 x cream coloured machines but think the cream my be difficult to shift!
My pod store has been replenished....

The had one in Selfridges, London - looks quite nice.

If I was going to buy a new one, I'd probably get it...

Is it wrong. Iv started looking on the Nespresso website for Spain to see if they have any limited editions what the UK does not have for when I visit in a couple of weeks.

Maybe Nespresso should do Nespressofest and one day only sell world wide limited editions

I got one of these for Christmas (Krups Inissia) and love it.

I've just been making espressos with them then realised that some are supposed to be used for making longer drinks (the Lungo pods?). Taste fine to me though...am I doing it wrong?!

How do others clean the inside of the milk intake tube on the nespresso lattissima? I'd like a small brush of some sort to clean the inside of the tube out, anyone got any tips on which to buy or what method they use?

I just rinse it in hot water after every use, only takes 10 secs.

The first was available around the times of the Rio Olympics last year, not seen the second one before though.

I only got my nespresso a few months ago. So thats why i missed the Rio one. Must have had some left if still using it in spain.

The green one was new out on Monday/Tuesday. Don't think it will be released in UK as leave does not have GB in the languages

The Brazil limited edition is (was?) available in Switzerland, I last bought some in November I think. My Dad wanted to get some but said he couldn't get them in the UK.

I'm still trying to find some cheaper capsules which actually work, Bar Italia brand from Aldi seem pretty good if you get the strongest ones and Mövenpick ones are decent too (but not that far off the price of the proper ones).
