The Ciocco Ginger - woh! serious blast of ginger. Love it - glad I bought 3 packs - may have to get more before they stop selling them.
There is a definite Ginger aftertaste too with them On a tangent, please can you share your best ways to clean the aerochino after frothing milk?

Mine has never needed anything more than a quick rinse and a wipe over with a teatowel, no matter what milk has been used (including experiments with Oat milk). The non-stick coating seems excellent. This looks like a decent deal -

It says it comes with a £45 voucher, but later mentions £75 - either way I'm in!

That's the same deal as Amazon a few weeks back, I got one, in fact just slurping on a coffee as I type.http://www.johnlewis.com/nespresso-inissia-coffee-...

Great machine, cannot go wrong for this price.
We've just moved to a new office and have a big "business" nespresso machine which takes flat pods rather than what I'd come to know as standard Nespresso pods that go in my machine at home.
I get that the bigger machines work in a different way so would use different pods, but why are the actual coffees different to what I can get at home?
Currently getting through a lot of Lungo Forte at the moment and wondering why I can't get the same for my home machine?

Same here, I drink the Lungo Forte but as an espresso and prefer it to all of the normal capsules I've had with my home machine.I get that the bigger machines work in a different way so would use different pods, but why are the actual coffees different to what I can get at home?

I think the main reason commercial machines use different pods is to stop people nicking them from the office to take home though

If you find you have a residue sticking to the bottom of the aerocino then as a first go use a small amount of washing up liquid in it with water and run it a couple of cycles. If this fails do the same but with bicarbonate of soda instead of the washing up liquid.
If you have the older aero 3 with the Teflon coating you can use a Teflon approved scourer. The aero 3 refresh has a ceramic based coating so shouldn't in theory burn.
If you're inside the 2 year warranty and have the old aero, just call the the club and tell them it's burnt. This way you'll automatically be sent the aero 3 refresh.
The only time this isn't the case is on some but not all of the older citiz and milk machines where the refresh aero won't fit.

Bearing in mind QROPS is in a different continent, I've noticed his heads ups are usually 4-6 weeks before they appear locally, although that does vary. I've not yet noticed one that we haven't ended up being available
