Nespresso owners - Get in Here!!!!!
Discussion
They seem to be offering a subscription service now - you pay a monthly fee which is then credited back to you to spend on pods, they then give you a machine for something like £1. Minimum term of 12 months otherwise you have to pay a fee.

Might be worth a look for those of you already paying a substantial amount each month.

John Lewis have a great deal on at the moment - £79 for a machine and an aeroccino machine, and it comes with a £75 voucher for pods.

i got an Inissia today with £75 of pods too. Ive made a couple of brews, but find to fill a mug, i'm probably going to have to double up on pods to get a good strength americano with hot milk. I like mine fairly strong, and although the girl in the shop said that she has drawn more than 110ml out of a pod, quite frankly, beyond that its just coloured water.
Is there a trick to it or is the double pod coffee the way to do it? 60p for a coffee at home then starts to work out expensive!

I was , at first, disappointed with the amount but that's the thing with the nespresso I think. Gimmick free lovely coffee.
Few things I did , get a smaller cup ! , get the strongest pod you can , top up with boiled water . I had the comedy big mugs in my house at first , but was unfeasable to use .
Don't try force a long shot through a capsule meant for espresso or ristretto either, a friends was damaged through this and apparently is common.

Big mug, Lungho (blue) and milk in the aero to the top of the black whisk is a perfect drink for me.Few things I did , get a smaller cup ! , get the strongest pod you can , top up with boiled water . I had the comedy big mugs in my house at first , but was unfeasable to use .

Have a love affair with the Linzer Torte capsules at the moment.
Love all three, so much so I was going to place an order for 50 of each of them when they emailed round about buying 250 pods of which at least 60 must be those and get a free cup set. Added 100 pods of my daily coffee and one free set of cups was mine. Going to miss them when they're finished.I noticed Aldi were selling a new range of three types of pods a couple of weeks ago @£1.70 for 10, so about half the price of the usual "alternatives" and they seem pretty well made so you don't have to apply excessive pressure to pierce them.
For the money I'm pretty impressed and have bought some more - for the money worth a try.

I ended up buying 4 x machines @ £69 each..... last time I did this I split up the aeroccino and machine and sold them separately on eBay
Good effort, how did you get around the multiple buys per account? Do you need a new address per account or just email. Just thinking of getting a couple of packs would I get away with one for me and one in the better halves name? Also did you get more on ebay by splitting the machines and did you keep the welcome selection of pods?Gassing Station | Food, Drink & Restaurants | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
