I have the keema one lick How much oil does your Mrs use in the keema? In the "perfect keema toastie" it soaks into the bread so you effectively get a fried bread keema toastie biggrin

They do? You just Have to push down hard I don't like the ones which split the bread. Always end up too soggy

Mm.....it's got technical, as the OP do I get to decide?

A toaste has molten hot stuff inside with compressed bread around the edge(crust).

I thought anything else is a panini.

Lamb mince is very fatty anyway so a little ghee or butter. We try not to use oil in our cooking of curries. Preferring to cut fat in other ways,eg no butter on my sarnies .
