Have a hankering for them but haven't seen them for ages. Anyone know a shop that sells them? confused I think they were made by Quakers.

It appears that they got slated in the press for being high in salt which affected sales to a point that they decided to go for a slight re-brand.

Could have been worse and they could have ditched them all-together!

Oat Crisp as coolh suggests is the rebrand.
I've had them from Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
It's also at the back of my mind that I've seen a supermarket own brand version too called pillows but can't remember where. Searching does not return any images that ring a bell,

regards,
Jet

It's bonkers that they put salt in a sweet cereal. Then probably mask the saltiness with sugar.

The packet on the right - it looks like the designer was drunk and the front of the box is the back.

Some marketing bod probably got paid a lot of money to design the box like that. After all, of the three in the photo it was the "weird" one that got noticed and commented on.

Didn't entice me to buy it though, so I am still not sure of the point from a sales perspective.

Ha. Well, yeah, but I wouldn't buy it either.

I'd forgotten all about these until this thread.... now you have me salivating, hankering after them ... cutting the roof of mouth up like razor blades, before the milk turns them soggy... but I still want them

You're in the wrong supermarket for doughnuts. You want Morrisons spin. Sainsburys doughnuts are st.

Recent update, Sainsburys is the only one of the big 4 that sells these. Haven’t been to a Waitrose for a long time so not sure about them.
