Not got one of those but a health food shop in Florida used to make fresh butters at the counter with a big old cast iron contraption.
WholeFoods supermarket have machines you can make fresh.

A bit meh I found though the shop is generally great if expensive. Out Waitrose's even Waitrose.
You can make peanut butter in a good blender, all you need is peanuts.

If it tasted of nothing then I wouldn't be able to taste it, in which case what's the point of it? It does have a taste, one which I don't like and has me pulling out the slimy mayonnaise coated ste out of sandwiches if they have it in.

Oddly, I like the smell of it, just not the taste. I wish I did like it as it would make life so much easier in restaurants and when buying sandwiches. I also like the smell of coffee but not the taste.

Cucumber has a strong taste, especially if left in a sandwich with a tasty accompaniment for a while.

My Nan used to make a kick-ass Queen of Puddings and a Treacle Tart that just oozed sweetness.

I don't even like puddings but I'd eat that.

My heaven

A good steak and chips, medium rare with lashings of bernaise sauce, ketchup and a couple of portobellos.
Lobster with melted butter sauce. Some linguine wouldn't go a miss, however they often have too small chunks of lobster or some tomato based sauce

My hell

Spicy stuff. Korma is as spicy as I go!
