Me, kind of. But it tastes so good! and We all tend to do a similar thing when we make a roast dont we? all the bits stuck to the bottom to make a gravy.

I know that I would not like to know what goes into a cheap burger scoffed at a sporting event, more lips n hooves than beef, but I eat them.

You are of course correct, the disgust felt at that moment of television will fade in my memory and late one evening I will find myself in there thinking "I've not died of gravy so far..."

I had the zinger burrito for lunch today, it was even better than the pulled chicken one.
I posted in the dirty takeaway thread that I had a zinger burrito last night. I'd have another, definitely. Chose it over the pulled chicken on the basis the chicken would be more KFC-appropriate; the pulled chicken sounds like it's trying to compete with the burrito chains but I've not tried it.

That woman was trying it on. Yeah they do sometimes forget stuff and you're stupid for not checking but to say their drinks were missing sounds like horsest. You tend to notice something as large as a fking drink!
Indeed.

Seemed staged perhaps? To add to the tension of the inspection.

Ah, the wonders of knowing where your food comes from. Mechanically recovered for example.....

We make the KFC chicken burger buns.
Millions of them.
Every Wednesday, the mixers start, clean down from previous product batch.
Then we do around 36 hours run of them.
Tricky things to pack, 12 in the bag.
6 on the bottom, 6 on top of them.
Odd shaped, with water splits.

Slightly worrying but not surprising.

Yes, the zinger one was more "KFC" than the pulled chicken one. I thought the KFC burritos held their own against the burrito chains.

I love a dirty KFC but they seem to struggle with a consistent offering.

My fried chicken tip: if your ever near J25 M62 and have a hunger for fried filth check out Marstons Chicken Shop on Leeds rd which has fantastic chicken and sour faced miserable staff.

As a parent of 2 young (under 6) children, I can vouch for the "Oasis" that McDonalds can be - worldwide!

You know exactly what you are going to get, how much it will cost, the quality is average - not great, not ste, just average, free WiFi and usually spotless inside, especially the toilets! Coffee is good too & you get the freebie stickers!

Also, in France they are excellent when travelling as quite often, you fail to find that quiet little Bistro, frequented by all the locals that dishes up the most amazing French food & is just off the Autoroute!

McD's can be a winner - cheaper & less hassle than a divorce or whinging kids! I know I have not set my aspirations high but real life kind of gets in the way most of the time! Was eating at the Shard on Saturday night but McDonalds after swimming on Sunday - living the dream!
I had a McFarmer burger last time I was in France as it was it was the most expensive thing on the menu, like a miniature double whopper with way too much mayo on it. Disappointing.

The only people "dying" for a KFC are those that have never tried Popeye's.

Yes, I know there are no Popeye's in this country, but once you try it, you won't think twice about KFC. Even a second rate chicken kebab is better than the best KFC.

Watched this last night and really fancied a KFC, had one of their new burritos today and i've got to say it was pretty good. No pics for the dirty takeaway thread as I wolfed it down, tempted by one tomorrow so i'll try to get a pic.
