Just watching part 2. That group interview st (rapping, slogans etc) for a £5 per hour job? Almost get the feeling the interviewers get off on it and wrap it in management bullst pretending they're Simon Cowell.

i got the feeling from the entire 3 episodes that they basically invest alot in morale/team building to distract from what is essentially serving 'chicken and chips' while being paid minimum wage.

Yeah, I understand the need for the positive personality (it's important in my business, believe it or not, given my posts on here hehe ).

As an aside, I am relieved to hear that they're no longer wasting "old" chicken.

Watched this last night and really fancied a KFC, had one of their new burritos today and i've got to say it was pretty good. No pics for the dirty takeaway thread as I wolfed it down, tempted by one tomorrow so i'll try to get a pic.

I really want to give one of these a shot, I'm sure I'll love it but then I unashamedly love KFC.

I went to one of those Zapatista burrito bars last weekend with my brother, it was very cheap for the weight of the burrito served, and bloody tasty to boot. Not so much a direct competitor for KFC, but more for Subway, as the restaurant setup seems to be much the same. However, you get tasty fresh Mexican food, rather than a stty mishmash of stale, soggy st like you get a Subway.

The burrito does look interesting. I have a horrible feeling that if I go down, I'll just end up saying, "I'll have a bu... bu... bur... bucket meal and chips, please!"

I've had the Burrito, not bad at all. I had the zinger spicy so will have to try the other one too.

Never understood burritos, fajita's (however they are pronounced), it's a chicken/beef/tofu/whatever salad wrapped in a tasteless thing.

The soft tacos and corn salsa are a blessing however. Right?

Personally, I love hearty bean and beef burritos. (Need to be spicy though).

Pork enchiladas are great too. yum

I've not tried the burrito, however I had the pulled chicken wrap when it was on the menu and it was crap. The fried chicken is where it's at.

Aye, 1200 odd steps according to my stepper thing. I have it for a bonus on my health insurance.
Set a record the other day 12K steps. Went for a butty, later for a KFC and when round half of York pubs on the ale! I'm so healthy!

It seems to me that he just doesn't like the direction the company has taken as opposed to it now being a "crap" product; sounds like an old fuddy duddy who doesn't like change.
