Lidl - just managed to use them for a full shop

I've queued that long in Waitrose before.

I still don't get it, they aren't suitable for everything, but for most things they're fine - here in the UK at least.

They have 1KG outdoor reared British Pork Loin joints seasoned with sea salt and pepper for £2.99 this weekend.

One lesson I do need to learn is go to the bakery last as my freshly baked pastries keep getting squashed.

In contrast to many it seems I really don't rate Lidl bake-off stuff. Over salted and often underbaked IME.

My house actually backs on to a Lidl, I love the place!

My biggest gripe would be that, I have bought some really good products in thier W5 range... but, never seen it there again!

It would be good if they had plenty of stock. I was in the Bedford Lidl before 10am today and the 1/2 price pork joints had all gone.
