Bohemia Sekt do a range of sparkling wines in the Czech Republic, Reasonably priced, surely available in Germany if not Sweden. There's even one made with chardonnay grapes.

if not too much distance get on the Tallinn booze cruise with a van, or go to tallinn and buy direct from there.

OH's parents do this all the time when doing parties and need to pick up cheap booze rather than pay Finnish prices (much like swedish).

If you would like I can find out exactly with shops they use or if they just use the ferry and clean it out.
