What do you suggest?
Stop buying them. Don't have them in the house. Don't replace them with anything.

I've had to do similar with crisps and custard creams. After a week, you stop craving them.

My other half used to make me protien flapjacks with whey powder. A bit healthier. I found this http://www.mensfitness.co.uk/nutrition/muscle-buil...

Her's didn't have peanut butter and they were a bit dry but you could always tweak it to suit. They would be quite nice with a small layer of dark chocolate spread on top. If you use a big dish you can get quite a few portions out of it.

Good call. Keeps fresh forever and is low in fat. Our son loves it I'd prefer him eating it to choc biccies.

Easy peasy.

150 grams butter
150 grams brown sugar
300 grams porridge oats
3 tablespoons golden syrup

Mix all together, put in baking tray, oven for 25 minutes, sorted. Keeps perfectly well except it will be eaten in double quick time. Healthy? All natural ingredients....
Butter, sugar and syrup may be natural ingredients but.... healthy???

Go cold turkey for a couple of days off the biscuits and break the habit. If you are eating in a pattern it is a habit issue that you have them when you get in etc. Do something to vary your routine

Totally agree and now they do original, banana (my favourite lick), orange (not my favourite), mixed fruit (quite good) and I think apple but I have not tasted that - yet!

Yep, Healthy.

Id suggest ditching carb heavy stuff and going with more fibre or protein stuff, it will make you feel full.

So yoghurts (natural), fruit (whole fruit not processed), nuts (unsalted) etc.

I agree with those saying don't keep them in the house. McCoy's Salt and Vinegar Crisps are my favourite - I could go through a bag of six in one sitting. I just don't have them in the house. And I've sacked the tuba player.

Best i can come up with is a bag of pre cracked nuts (but i dont know how long they last?)
I would also suggest seeds or nuts, or a mixture of them. Just take it easy though, nuts are high in fat...
... and calories.

Tricky question.

It was always healthy. But in the 1980s, everyone thought all fat was bad. So it was healthy but vilified. Only in the last 10 years (if that?) have we come to accept that not all fat is bad*.

*- only the bad fat is bad.

Ok... a favourite dish of mine at the moment is:

Avocado
few tablespoons of raw cacao powder
few tablespoons of agave/honey
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
glug of almond/soya milk

chuck it in the blender/nutribullet and turn on until its a mousse.

have some fruit, etc with it and its a healthy alternative to loads of sugar/butter, etc...

Daren't think how many calories that has in it. 500? Sounds good, though.
