I'm not sure whether this should be in here or in the Food, Drink & Restaurants forum. I'm looking for a decent beer glass as my current one is a cheap plastic one which I'm currently using to store cutlery. I've had a quick search online yet I've had no luck finding any. So where do PHer's buy there beer glasses?

I'm not quite sure how to drink an alcohol beverage with those so you might have to explain how you do it.craft beer glasses
Must admit treated myself to some of these http://www.waterford.co.uk/drinkware/by-collection... and find them very nice for drinking beer (as opposed to the assorted variety of pint glasses we have)

One of those special see through glasses?
Among my collection of drinking vessels, I have selected a few at random:
1. From the open air bar at Terte Rouge, Le Mans 1979. I asked in my best schoolboy French if I could purchase it as a souvenir, and the barmaid just smiled sweetly and waved her assent. I even got to keep the glass as well.
2. This one is a sad momento of when they closed down my local pub. I assure you I did my best to keep it open.
3. This one is from one of our S Club fraternity who skillfully created a batch of these to special order. The only problem is the beer hits you in the eye after each swig.
4. My drinking vessel of choice, from our Ardennes hotel on one of our Eurotours.
Obtained using method as per example 1.
Shown alongside a standard pint pot to give an idea of scale.
It saves my old legs from unnecessary wear.
Look out for special offers at your supermarket. Mine were doing a deal buy two 4 packs of Carling and get a free glass. I think I have 5 or six
They look like this
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Carling-Pint-Glass/dp/B009...
Also when you go to a beer festival you buy your glass on the way in and use it all day tasting/drinking beer. Take it home and you have a nice straight glass with a remnder of your day
