Does anyone know of a decent Scandinavian smorgasbord restaurant in the (preferably south) UK?

I remember visiting one on knightsbridge some 30 years ago but that is long gone, any others?

I think things have evolved beyond this now. Especially in London.

It's a great word but has connotations of the Eighties and heaps of bought in products arranged on a nice platter.

Oodles of waste. Lots of recycling and probably quite sole destroying for the chefs.

Have you looked for Scandinavian restaurants, be they Swedish, Danish , Finnish, and looked to see if they offer a smorgasbord option on the menu?

Texture was always on my list of 'one day' restaurants, although it's Scandi influenced rather than full on.

Well worth trying for something different. We had the fish tasting menu.
