Yes, these are great and I like them very much. HOWEVER be aware of the fact that the thin ones (my favourite) are at least 50%+ fat so don't eat too many.
eat cold or warm up ? rufmeister said:
Beware with the strong meats though, they contaminate other stuff in your fridge with the overpowering smell.
I drove back from Warsaw with a bag full of them in a coolbox, the car was glorious after an overnight stop in Germany, garlic and juniper is better than any Magic Tree I quite like Prince Polo chocolate but they aren't exactly ground breaking.
I'd really like to be able to go in and buy everything for a full meal but I don't have a clue what goes with what, whenever I've been to Poland my British father in law cooks British food because his wife likes it and the wedding I went to is a blur as far as food goes.
It looks as though the Hairy Bikers are doing something with kielbasa on their new show at 8pm tonight (BBC2 I think) so fans of sausage might want to give that a look for ideas.
Also Furious Pete did a world tour vid in Warsaw that shows some local stuff - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSy0RzVblDU
