Asda are the only place I know that stocks Ghanaian chilli and shrimp sauce....otherwise known as sto.

Sounds rank, tastes fantastic.

Roast cherry peppers stuffed with cream cheese from various supermarkets, sometimes deli sometimes in jars, always delicious.
Yes, i had some of these from Chavda the other day, bloody lovely! But at £2.50 for a small pot they bloody well should be.

My suggestion, Tesco Finest Salsiccia Picante Pizza. I could litterally eat these until they come out of my ears biggrin

Tesco Finest Gin, £16 and as nice as ones costing twice as much. I may have drank a bottle of it over two days last weekend.

I saw this in my local Asian supermarket. PAK supermarkets mostly in the Midlands.

Asda sell a red pepper and ricotta pesto for 99p. Really good flavour depth, and can't be beaten for price.

found some Haribo jelly babies in a little shop in swiss cottage...... never seen them before, and to be honest generally stay away from Haribo as regard them as cheap sweets........ BUT they tasted so much better then the overly sweet Bassett's ones

Try Tesco finest New York cheesecake - bought as a last second gift when going to a dinner party - ended up being the nicest dessert there and was finished in a flash! If I was served it in a restaurant I wouldn't be disappointed...

I'll tell you what's hidden: tinned grapefruit. Fancied some for breakfast this morning so on my walk to work from Waterloo station I popped into Tesco Express. Nope. M&S Simply Food? Nothing. Sainsbury's Local? Nada.

You'd think this would be quite a common thing to buy in a morning, or am I weird?

Ask staff? Pretty sure seen some (grapefruit segments in fruit juice?). Or try a larger store.

I only eat fresh (pink) ones though.

That's something I really miss, seggers for Sunday breakfast, but grapefruit is banned when taking statins. frown
