I'd specifically ask for your dish Asian style. It basically enhances the dish as it is how the chef would typically eat it. Avoid lamb tikka. Ask for tender lamb which is usually shoulder meat.

I do Pferdestarke. I always ask for "desi" style which means home cooked and therefore you get a spicier curry without just added heat

My tea tonight, from the best kebab shop in Blackpool, the Armenian on Harrowside bridge. He's been there since 1978. The menu has never changed.

Doner Meat (that they create themselves, no buying mass produced low quality crap that everywhere else uses)
Chicken Shish
Lamb Shish
Chips
Pita Bread
Lettuce and Onion
and various sources, including a gorgeous home made chilli source


So mine tonight is a mixed (doner, lamb shish and chicken shish) with lettuce and onion with chilli and garlic mayo sources. So basically his menu except chips.
