Special sweet and sour and black bean. I did my own salt and chilli seasoning for the chips. Including MSG

Cumberland sausage, large chips, curry sauce with a garnish of scraps. Felt like I had eaten a house brick when I went to bed

Top work

Never seen a sausage like that from a chippy, which on this thread I suppose is a compliment.

A tray of rib, rice, sweet and sour sauce and chips in tray.

Quite a portion there Harold.

I'm partial to a battered chippy sausage every now and then but do worry about the low grade pulp that tends to be served locally. They ought to offer a decent butcher's sausage instead like this.

Bit of a perk of living in Cumbria I guess, most chippys do it round here. This one buys their sausage from a butcher about 50 yards up the road. You can still get a standard chippy sausage as well if you wish :-)

Does anyone take there own sausage to the local chippie and ask them to fry it, for a fee of course?

Haha, yes another sausage for the sake of balance wouldn't have gone amiss. They were unusually generous with the chips this time.
