in my defence , my tastebuds do not function too well, so i pretty much put chilli sauce on everything savoury . i get through two bottles of encona a week . anything that has a subtle flavour is wasted on me , which is a great shame , but those are the cards i have been dealt with . i cannot eat anything that is high in fat , so most takeaways are not an option for me. thats why this thread helps me , as long as i can enjoy this filth vicariously , it keeps me going jas xjr said:

Ok to redeem myself I will cook my first ever T-bone steak for the next cooking competition as it is beef. Cast iron skillet, butter, rosemary and garlic to baste it using the constant flip method.
