That plastic fork won't do it but a chopstick will, as long as you don't mind a few red wine stains on the carpet.

The seasoned professional business traveller has a cork screw that always lives in their toiletry bag, so is always with you for these occasions (if you fly and don't check bags you have a problem here) - best tip I had from a buddy who did F1 for 25 years.

Not particularly dirty, but I ended up having a burger for dinner in Byron , Holborn yesterday after a st day of work.

The double bacon and cheese they do is excellent. Served with loads of ketchup and mustard. Think it's probably my new favourite burger.
