if it's for health reasons then remember that a chicken/lamb shish is healthy, just don't adorn it with mayo/garlic sauce and stick to the chilli sauce (if they make it themselves).

I'm a wuss, chilli sauce, an irritable bowel and no tolerance to spice. And it is a challenge, mainly wallet saving (I spend 3 hours worth of money on a single takeaway at times, £3.40 lyf m9)

Had a ridiculously long (18 hours) shift a couple of weeks back. A kebab was the only thing that kept me going. Can of pop for scaling purposes.

I thought a grilled cheese was a burger bun up the wrong way with cheese and any toppings in the middle

Nope, it's an American cheese toastie - two slices of bread, cheese in the middle, fried in butter. So two of those as the buns on a burger should provide ample calories!

I had a Chinese last week and ordered a spring roll for starter - thought it was a typo, a single spring roll?
Fker was about the size of my arm, I finished it and had to leave the main (filthy) course until the next day!
It did me all day, too, the spring roll guy must have thought he was making a massive burrito or something.
And all for £6!

and yet you didn't take a picture? shame on you for even posting. My local does regular small spring rolls, or you can get one 'jumobo' meat spring roll about the size of a small burrito.

I live alone and work long hours - my house is filthier than any takeaway. You probably wouldn't even notice the food.
