Chefs larder hot chilli sauce
You can get it in litre catering bottles on ebay amazon etc and it's the same stuff kebab shops use.
Carry around a small container of it in case of emergency...

ahh, I hate that stuff personally, too vinegary and not that hot. At least with my 2 local placees it tastes nice and fresh (but isn't hot at the one I bought this from). also it seems like every DIXY chicken place buys that stuff too.

It was all a bit salty. Not the best order.
