And from a previous takeaway

And another

JK - the way you plate up on trays with multiple dishes suggests you're eating this to yourself.

Bravo if you are.

Or am I wrong?

Are you extra large and heavy? In the nicest possible way?

I went for dinner with some Australian customers once. They ordered fish and chips with two fried eggs each.

We all tried the same and it was glorious.

Eggs on top of rice whether it's indian or oriental just works in so many ways. Oozy yolk mixed in!

Haha not really. I am pretty tall but do a lot of sport and have a BMI of around 19 so I wouldn't say I'm obese!

Edited for typo from 16 to 19

been doing that ever since I was a kid. If there was a meal i didn't like, I would have the sauce on top of rice and have some fried eggs. As a kid I was not fond of the octopus or whelk curry my parents made. So would have and egg with it instead. Japanese people put eggs with everything. A soft yolk is great is great for breaking over the plate and mixing it with everything else.

Yes indeed. I find it is the best way! I have a chippy, chinese, indian and off licence all next to each other not far away so its easy to get the required supplies when the missus is out for the night!

Australians love putting fried eggs on things. The first time I had a fried egg on a cheeseburger was in Queensland.

I quite like to put a fried egg on top of a scotch pie with beans and chips.

Camping at brands hatch this weekend and need food friday and saturday night... Recommendations?

A cursory google suggests Longfield kebab house is decent but no menu available. A couple of chinese options seem ok too.

I quite like fish in curry ,I remember my father currying conger eel, only as he caught one about six foot long and the diameter of telegraph pole,so for a while conger dishes were a staple at the eski household.
