The one takeaway that ventures out to my house does an Indian doner kebab - curried doner meat ("dry") in a naan with salad.

Their curries are usually all I want as they're very good, but have had these a couple of times and they would just about qualify for this thread

As a student Pizza Hut advertised an "all you can eat" deal one day a week for, I think, £2.99 (could have been £3.99 - early 90s). 3 extra large pizzas and a salad bowl to wash it down was done by a mate and I. Another mate reckoned he'd done the same but he left the crusts and so was disqualified.

We went to this a few times, the last time of which they ran out of pizza dough. We negotiated a reduction in the £2.99 as we quite plainly hadn't eaten all you can eat at the point they ran out. The deal never seemed to appear again.
