Not exactly an online butcher, but just clubbed together with a couple of mates at work to purchase:

15kg Chicken wings
40kg Skinless UK chicken breast fillets

Came in 8 x 5kg vac pac bags on the breast and one big box on the wings. All fresh, not frozen. £170 the lot, ordered yesterday afternoon and delivered 11am this morning. Got it from a specialist poultry wholesaler who surprisingly was happy to deal with me (told him a slight porky in that it was for our works canteen as that was the delivery point). Looks very good so far, real test will be when cooked to see if there is any water.

I use J C Rook and Sons, http://www.rooksonline.co.uk/

They are local to me in Kent, and they do free delivery nationally on any orders over £50. The quality is excellent.
I know you are probably aware that they went into receivership recently. I was recently in Ramsgate and spotted one of their closed stores, very sad.

Who do you use now in Kent?

I'd love to know where that Lorne sausage came from.

I have always felt that Kent is a bit thin on the ground where butchers and fresh fish shops are concerned. There are various farm shops - Makinade (Faversham), Brogdale Farm etc.

Thank you. I'm not so keen on their £43 delivery charge to Isle of Wight!
