Pizza Oven Thread

Weber Pizza Oven user here (Chadwick style oven). Load up with coal and then add some wood chunks as you cook towards the back so the flames lick up and you get a superb pizza in about 5 mins, making sure to turn it round half way thru. Make sure you have enough coal in it to keep it red hot.
Frozen dough balls from Waitrose are a doddle. Not been on the phone to the usual TA purveyors for months now, so must have nearly covered the capital outlay.
Like all Weber stuff, it's a great bit of kit, with the main innovative design elements taken from a British designer. Anyone on the fence should get one, however for some reason they do not seem all that popular.
Agree with the sentiments above if feeding a crowd, knock out a couple to keep the hunger at bay and then just make one by one. For some reason always tend to find the last one is the best.

is there any way of properly cooking pizza inside an apartment with no outdoor space
The original Chadwick Oven would be a good place to start https://www.chadwickoven.com/ however it does come at a price, most definitely a "coolest kitchen gadget award contender". Looking further up this thread at something I didn't know existed - the Ferrari G3 looks (and sounds) like a winner!

I've a Breville pizza oven, which is a US model, similar to the Ferrari G3. Same concept - electric elements top and bottom, pizza stone.Looking further up this thread at something I didn't know existed - the Ferrari G3 looks (and sounds) like a winner!

Got it as a Christmas gift that I asked for, and love it.
Not a great deal of headroom in it, so it's a bit of an art (and takes some practice) to prevent the toppings rising into the top element and burning.
Creates excellent pizza with a small fraction of the hassle of a 'proper' pizza oven.
I'm sure better can be had, but for the convenience, it's hard to beat.
This is what I use (and failed to link to in my last post), does a good job and would work well on a BBQ

My wife has booked me on a "build your own pizza oven" course for my birthday!
Unfortunately, it's in Norfolk, and we couldn't get Grandparents to look after the kids until the first weekend of August, but still, looking forward to it!
