I'm in Cornwall visiting parents, so being near the sea I took the opportunity to buy some imported large prawns. Head and tail on. Shall I just wack them on the bbq as is or does anyone have a recipe?

Loads of lemon juice and tons of rock salt, this is if the shell is still on

The ones that are grown on giant farms in Vietnam?

Thai seafood salad. The hotter the better.

I get them from the local fishmongers pre cooked, if I get uncooked I always just boil them with loads of salt.

The uncooked ones always seem to be vannamei, which are not bad, I prefer the XL Tiger prawns and at the moment they are £12 a kilo cooked and £11 uncooked... Vannamei are £8 a kilo uncooked.

Remove legs/shell, leave tail and head. Wrap with a little streaky bacon.

Extra salty, extra smokey and not completely overcooked as huge prawns tend to do on a hot BBQ.
