if i remember rightly he was aiming for the cheapest possible product for the workmen market? Or am i getting that wrong. I definitely got st in this thread for suggesting a more premium product with more margin rather than racing to the bottom.

yea i remember how this stupid fking conversation went last time now actually... for some reason people think that because it's sandwich business you don't need a business plan or have a thought about any of the things anyone else starting a business would already know they need to think about. What am i selling, what am i charging, how am i sourcing ingredients, where do i locate it, who is going to want my product... it's sandwiches man it's fine chill. Yes definitely keen to find out how it has gone now.
