If you think domino's leaves you dehydrated then wait until tomorrow morning biggrin
Sadly this - we loved the taste, but soon suspected it was down to MSG due to the morning-after effect!

I'm not sure what they put into the big name pizzas thesedays, but I literally have to decide whether I want to deal with an explosive st the next day after having one of these. Never feel good, although cold breakfast pizza is always delicoius.

I am lucky in that I have a good constitution and can eat pretty much anything without being sick after.
I have had food poisoning twice once from a tin of Heinz soup and another time from a burger van - but having a reaction to certain foods does not seem to be an issue for me - probably why I am a fatso!

just had my first one tonight...

erm never again. it taste just strange, like the main ingredients have some weird coating on them (pepperoni didn't taste like it should etc), that garlic butter is bloody horrible. it didn't even smell nice. i can eat pretty much anything, but this is the first thing in a long time that has gone in the bin (i only managed half of it at a struggle)

don't usually do the whole takeaway thing but dominoes wins (even if you feel massively dehydrated the next day)

i'm now having a few stellas and lion bar to try and get rid of the horrible after taste.
They probably use ingredients sourced for the states. This is always a worry as their food chain is completely f*cked due to their meat being force fed with steroids to make it grow faster. The same goes for their dairy products.

Just look at their sweets, they are full of carcinogenic colourings that have been banned in the EU. They just don't care what they are feeding their people, profit is the only importance over there. biggrin

tThats with any big fast food chains these days. For example Macdonalds are still using antibiotics, it goes on yet we all still eat this crap. Can't beat a good old big mac though.

Tried it once, the garlic dip was enough that I'll never be back. fking vile, never tasted anything so synthetic and plasticky.

As for the pizza, they're all as bad as each other. Plus everyone knows pizza should be cheap frozen stuff deep fried in batter. Mmm, pizza crunch. yum

You dont have a clue what you're talking about.

Of course farmers use antibiotics - in the same way YOU get antibiotics when you do to the doctors. What I think you're referring to is the systemic use of antibiotics in feed, which isnt done commonly these days and Im not sure its even allowed in the UK. Certainly hormones are banned.

Macdonalds especially have very high standards for the welfare and production of the meat and eggs which go into their restaurants. They simply cannot afford a 'horsegate' scandal to affect their supply chain and spent a lot of time and money ensuring it doesnt happen.

We had one here in Bramleyleeds that soon closed due to being appalling. absolute filth. to be honest i wont use any chains places for pizza. we have a local place in farsley called taking the pizza. everything fresh and hand made bases etc and the deep south chicken pizza is to die for. they call it a 12 inch but its more usualy 14 to 16 inch . amazing pizzas for about 8 quid delivered.
