Pasta Alla Genovese

Tony - I really liked the one i did. Unfortunately my phone broke shortly after making it and has been replaced. The pics were on it. Now your thoughts on this dish has given me an idea.

Now this might be due to a few drinks this evening but does anyone think there would be shown by PH'ers in us all callaborating with this part of the forum to develop a PH'ers dish?

Perhaps start with a single meat / protein then maybe i could create a poll to vote for type of dish - this could be based on time to prep (30mins, 1 hour, 1 day etc) perhaps it could be based on seasons? Once this is settled we maybe vote on 5 existing / know dishes that fit the criteria. Whatever wins the poll is what will form perhaps 3-5 ingredients essential to our forums dish. The forums dish cannot currently exist or be different to the initial styles suggested - i think i have made this more complicated than it needs to be.

Essentially what I'm saying is would people on here be interested in working together through the forum to create a new dish?

I'd be up for that. For me a longer to prepare and cook dish - something special.

Tried this recipe today , as said earlier it was good but not too sure I'd try it again , family made the right noises but think that was for my benefit , certainly rich and served its' purpose . Keep the ideas coming please .
