Thanks, will have to try it myself next time I'm up that way - the menu looks a bit more upmarket than the William Wallace ever was!!

See my earlier comment about Edinburgh Airport and trafficking sausage - be prepared for some strange looks

Looks like I will have the car north of the border over New Year, so will have the opportunity to restock the freezer..
