That's why I don't follow a recipe

And the verdict is indeed Batch 4...................

It has a really nice blend of flavours and I can't bloody recreate it.....

Don't want to sound like a tosser but you will recreate it easily, it's the ingredients you would naturally put in. Sort of like it's whats in your heart. Same as every time I make a curry, it always ends up tasting almost the same, I just throw in what I like.
