For this months competition we are going to do Curry.

Loads of options out there, any meat or none at all no restrictions. Indian / Asian / African curries what ever floats your boat.

Entries in by midnight 19th Feb, with voting finishing a week later at midnight 26th feb.

Looking forward to seeing what people come up with.

Good luck everybody

I might well be in on this, for a bit of fun, and to see what everyone else comes up with.

I love making a curry from scratch but haven't done one for a few weeks. yum

I think you should!

It's one of my favourite things in life, making a curry whilst listening to Planet Rock on the radio and supping few real ales. cloud9

Are we allowed more than one entry? biggrin

Here's my entry. Spiced cod with curried cauliflower and mango. Difficult to select only 3 pics as there were so many steps involved in the cooking.

Here's my effort from this evening - chicken biryani, with tomato, cucumber and red onion salad, cucumber raita and poppadoms.

It was very flavoursome, and it wasn't supposed to be hot, but I prefer my curries a little hotter than this one, although it was still rather yummy! wink

silly

It's only a year old too frown £100 worth of Le Creuset's finest apparently doesn't like finishing dishes off under the grill and the rim has started to delaminate. Oops.

Bugger, only just seen this thread and made a lovely lamb curry yesterday. I guess it's a good excuse to make some more.

Could you post up the recipe you used for the curry sauce please?

I quite fancy making this.
