Anyone know what this bad boy is?

Bought from Lidl during their French food week but I've lost the wrapper it came in. Salami with cheese. Delish.

Had a look back at the leaflet, it was just listed as "Salami, choose from Chablis white wine, or Comté cheese." £1.79

Alongside the traditional French salami, also had air dried salami with walnuts.

They're actually very nice when barbecued. I think the process dulls the smell/taste of st slightly.

My dad's side of the family are from Boston and the best sausages in the land can be bought from Bycroft's butchers. http://www.bycrofts.co.uk/index.html

Their Haslet is also bloody brilliant. Or it was last time I had it which now I think on must be over ten years ago so I hope they still do it.

Andouillette sausage.

It's made with pig guts and stinks like rarely cleaned gents toilets in a very rough boozer.

Never used to be big in to my sausages until I tried Geordie Bangers, small family business from 'the toon'; my first taste changed my opinion entirely, the succulence of the meat and the balance of seasonings were superb - my only gripe is having to go to Northallerton farmer's market or Newcastle to get them, just means I have to stock up..

Last time I went a couple of weeks ago and tried their 'Salt & Pepper' burgers too, will definitely be buying again.. cloud9
+1

Looks like online ordering is in the works:

Their chipolatas are so moreish, crack dealers are envious.
