Has anyone got a nice idea for a vegetarian breakfast for someone allergic to eggs? I was thinking mushrooms on toast, is that a breakfast dish?!
Instead of breakfast, have you considered shooting her?
Maybe it's intolerant people that should be shot instead but unfortunately that would leave half of pistonheads dead
How very intolerant of you. ..hehe

Thanks for the suggestions. In the end we were both too hungover and had leftover pizza from the night before!

OP stated no eggs. wink
Anything else he doesn't want?

Why are we bothering with his fads and fancies?

What's wrong with a nice bowl of warm water?

Grumpy? Me?

Fruit salad
Porridge.
Toast and marmalade
Coffee
That would be my perfect breakfast; simple and filling. The ideal start to any day.

Oh yes. With some chilli flakes and a bit of feta.

I realise this has passed, but I find it interesting that most people jumped in to try and recreate some kind of cooked breakfast.

If I was going vegetarian with no eggs, then it would be a mountain of tropical fruit, such as papaya, mango, pineapple, with granola, nuts and greek yoghurt, then a stack of fresh pastries with coffee to round it off.
Not withstanding that most pastries contain egg, being vegetarian doesn't mean that you don't enjoy comfort food like a fry up.
