Can't knock that, simple and fresh are the best...

Not sure how to incorporate extra votes for self caught though!

Call me a one trick pony, but I thought I'd do a fish curry.

Bombay fish curry with cod and salmon

Ingredients- the jar of yellow stuff is fermented lime pickle made by a builder friend and it's amazing stuff

That looks fantastic. Are they stake mushrooms and what is the liquid base?

Hi

Yes, its my own variation on this http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/miso-broth-sesame-...

The broth is just chicken stock with miso paste (heaped tea spoon for stock to feed 2) and a few splashes of reduced salt soy. Shiitake mushrooms, spring onion garnish and eggs. The noodles are hidden underneath in the pic.

I didn't put the shallot's in....

Very tasty (and filling) :-)

cheeky last minute entry.

Waitrose prawn and chili pizza with added bits of squid out of a tin, more prawns and extra strips of Emmental

It tasted pretty good actually for a "heated up " meal
