I can eat raw chillis and can easily eat vindaloo and phal etc so I wasn’t expecting it to be too much of a struggle. It surprised me a bit though it got my nose running and pleasantly heated me up so I would day it’s a good attempt at hot for the masses. The chilli horns are very mild. The heat comes from chopped haneneraos and from the hellboy sauce. It’s worth buying a bottle of the sauce if you like hot chilli sauce

I’d guess that’s instead of lemon juice?

there is also a st ton of lemon in it.

yoghurt, tandoori paste (yea), capers, dill, lemon, chilli flakes, chilli powder. Nothing crazy

Not come across that combo before. Dill in Indian cooking I'm familiar with but not so much caprers. Oh well, no different or random than chucking in mint sauce in lieu of dried as many recipes seem to!

Vinegar, salt.. can't hurt.

Quick tea tonight, pan fried and then roasted chicken supreme with some leftover gravy from the freezer.

Humm mongolian beef! Tasty. Care to share the recipe? See how it varies from mine.

That chicken is well presented for thrown together.

I went with Thai (no) cashew chicken. It’s different every time and I’m missing what it used to taste like. Might change it up
