Looks really good!

Simple sausage ragu… sofritto, couple of sausages broken up, clove of garlic, tim of tomatoes, bit of purée, seasoning. Bronze cut linguine. Pecorino post photo.

Super tasty.

Sausages (Tesco Finest no less), cheesy mash and a superior choice of legume.

Orzo, chicken and chorizo, topped off with a sprinkling of chopped basil and parmesan, delish!

Originally a French dish (auld alliances and all that). Alouettes sans têtes. Larks without heads.

En paupiette, en ballotine are classic French techniques which really aren't that hard to do.

Basically rolling and stuffing.

Ripe for a comeback I'd say.
