Having moved on from Nashville, I'm now in Boston.
So, it would be rude not to have the Red Sox pizza as offered by a local Italian restaurant. Sausage, Red pepper, caramelised onion and garlic dressing. Yes, that is a full size baking tray it's served on!
I managed (somehow) to finish all but one slice, don't feel great now though

that looks inches deep!! How many slices did you manage? Presumably that was to share!
They serve it by the weight - so a large pizza is about 3 lbs. It was shared between 3 of us - I ended up having 3 slices. Meat-wise it had pepperoni, salami, meatballs, ground beef, ham and bacon. Next time I will go for one with a thinner crust though. I seem to be cooking lots of ham in coca cola at the minute glazed with Honey and mustard.
Yes I know frozen yorkies ... Prior to adding gravy.
Versatile
Dinner at the London Club last week. Probably one of the best roasts I have eaten. The beef was beautiful and the gravy was astonishing.

Last slice for breakfast.....
I'd have to be very hungry to eat that lot.

[opens can of worms on whether leftover pizza should be enjoyed cold or reheated]

Chilli in Yorkshire pudding.
Was good. Should have checked I had kidney beans in before I started though ??
Anyway, I've moved again and am now in Cape Cod. The last 2 nights I've eaten at the same restaurant - the Chatham Squire- it's that good!
Last night... Full rack of pork ribs on a bed of fried and slaw. They are the biggest pork ribs I've ever seen, they're more like beef ribs! I had 2 slabs of 6 on top of each other and I was very, very full afterwards! The bbq sauce was super rich, and the ribs literally fell off the bone when attacked with cutlery
Tonight: Beef prime rib au jus, with Yukon Gold mash. Again, about half a cow worth of steak! Cooked just right for me (medium, succulent and not too chewy), it was a good inch thick and excellent for mopping up the fantastically flavourful au jus (beef dripping to non yanks) when combined with a forkful of the mash. I wish I could make mash that rich and smooth at home, its probably got a hideous amount of butter and cream in it!
