Never really liked crinkly cut before but these are now my favourite on flavour alone!

My God. Who is selling these? I shall not be able to sleep until I obtain some.

i've had a recent surge in my desire for crisps, and am on the hunt for the best salt and vinegar crisp. I've tried kettle (not strong enough flavour) and walkers (unbelievably thin almost a bag of air). Even hit the pickled onion monster munch (god they're different to when i was a kid). Pringles salt and vinegar were a favourite, but its not really a crisp, its just made of crap, but i liked the flavour profile...

So, suggestions for a strong flavour and sturdy crisp?
Discos...
Christ. Just tried these, and my tongue is still fizzing 20 minutes later!
Ha. Job jobbed. They're cracking...

You wont regret it. Real chip shop sweet taste but with a surprising heat kick after a handful.

CO-OP own salt and vinegar (sea salt and chardonnay I think) are often ridiculously strong...always pick up a bag if I find myself in store!

Hula Hoops either. Disco's were always good.

Nothing fancy but just had these, bought 'em from ASDA. basically tastes like a basic cheese/tomato pizza (might even bring back school dinner memories). The packaging is a little deceptive as you think it would be like a normal tortilla/dorito type thing. However it's 3d shaped light and hollow.
still enjoyable, the only thing that threw me off was the illustration.

No idea what's already been recommended, but good lord, M&S Manchego cheese and chilli crisps have got in my belly pretty damn fast tonight with a few ales.

What I miss from 'back in the day' is the occasional really brown bordering on the burnt crisp yum these days of quality control they're all the same as in anaemic. You'd think there's a market or well cooked crisps?
There's a major market for burnt peanut butter, so why not? smile
