One from the other night. We've seen how good smashed burgers are, so thought we'd try a smashed lasagne.



Yes, it got stuck coming out of the tin. Damned tasty tho.

Dinner tonight ... a 3 pork steak sandwich. Fried with garlic, mustard, pepper and mixed herbs.

I wouldn't usually eat 3 in a sandwich but use by date was 2 days ago so best to get them consumed in one go.

The plastic tins from the CooP dont work well at 230c in an Aga.
My wife was in an AirB&B for her work last week and the Aga was on. Supposedly tasted great.

We've had the same lasagne from the Coop - can confirm the tins don't appreciate Gas Mark 5 either....
