Here it is. I shared it with two women, so basically ate until 75% of it was demolished by me. I was SO hungry.


ETA: we are in the midst of moving, hence the folders and everything squashed into the table.

Oven-cooked this time as I didn't fancy firing up the smoker in the pissing rain. One rack standard BBQ, the other pretty spicy.
