Bit of a mish mash here,fried bacon,mushrooms,cous cous and samphire.Blanced the samphire for 2 mins then tossed in a bowl with butter,salt and pepper,then threw it in the pan with bacon and mush for 30 secs,mmmmm.

Pizza time. Home made pizzas (incl base) - fair plain with tomato/BBQ base, mozeralla, red onion, peppers and pepperoni. The OH's Before  Mine before - note cheese stuffed crust!!  OH's after  Mine after  Went down very nicely.

I was sober and made it from scratch  ...but yes, enormous younger was the reason for the quick snap on my phone before tucking in.

Now they've taken my Olympics away, I feel the need for comfort food. Plenty of offers on fish so, good old fish pie. Spuds on & fish poaching in milk. Milk reserved for bechamel sauce.  Salmon, Haddock & king prawns  Mash done, Bechamel on the hob.  Job jobbed
