I'm always hungry if ya wanna send me a take out. Well done. Just well done.

My "steak and salad" effort looks quite humble now. Was in Costco and since everyone raves about their meat I thought I'd give it a try. Their salad vegetables are huge too. Whilst steak on the BBQ is nice I can't wait to have the house renovation finished so that I have ovens and a hob for cooking.

SpeedMattersNot said: Went to a wedding last week at Magdalen College in Oxfordshire. Pimms & Champagne on the lawn. Dinner was in "the old kitchen". Starter was Sea Bream with a champagne sauce. Main was then Duck, with baby roast potatoes, veg and a tomato and onion salsa. Failed to take a photo of the desert, but it was cheese cake, with cherries and a berry mouse. After lots of drinking, I fancied something a little different. So at about 1am wondered up the road to try and find a Kebab. Success! Also had cheesy chips. I know people moan about the salad, but I find the meat rather repetitive without the salad and sauce. It was lovely. V. nice. Useless fact, My cousin is Head of Rugby there.

Propped it up in the oven with skewers so as not to have either side in contact with the oven tray - for even cooking Blasted at 275c for ten mins then cooked at 80c until internal temp was 53c. Rested for 40 mins Crisped up the spuds Poured the red Served with griddled courgette, salsa verde and a little extra Maldon salt. Devoured between two!

Thought I would use up all the leftovers in my fridge: 3 fried eggs with fresh green chillies on a base of 2 large tortillas fried in butter. Added cheese, onions, mayonnaise, beans, cheese, onions, mayonnaise, cheese and more beans and folded it up. Must have weighed close to a kilo! Almost managed to polish it off. Untitled by caramello420, on Flickr Untitled by caramello420, on Flickr Untitled by caramello420, on Flickr Final money shot (cut it about 1/4 of the way through and unfolded the tortilla wrap): Untitled by caramello420, on Flickr edited because I got the order wrong!
