It's just pork fillet, chopped into slices then fried and topped with the pesto. Put some sauteed savoy cabbage with leeks and some broccoli with it and it's a very green looking dinner.

It's got an odd foretaste which I don't like, but it's doing the job.
And as far as portions go, I've lost 17kg this year so I'm doing something right (admittedly running 30-40miles a week may have something to do with it)

Tonights Sunday dinner.  . I'd not done a roast chicken for a few months but had got a chicken from a local farm and thought I should do it justice. Par-boiled roast Wilja potatoes roasted in beef dripping, steamed carrots and broccoli, home made sage and onion stuffing with sage from the garden and the water from blanching the onions and sage used to create the gravy along with some of the potato water and the scrapings from the bottom of the pan.

Nice work. Table cloth could do with an quick run over with the iron though.

I'm lucky my Mrs is a fantastic cook.  Grilled Seabass in a shellfish boulabase (spelling?) sauce (Marcus Wearing recipe) with Safron Rice, Mushrooms and Spinach.
