You can get it on Amazon.
true - for £360 a bottle - that must be some *very* special whiskyLimited bottlings are going nuts ATM. It's really annoying if you enjoy drinking whisky but great if you are collecting I suppose.
I purchased some Octomore 6.3 two days ago and it is just shy of 150 GBP from the distillery. The price for a bottle has just about doubled in 5 years which is quite a bitter pill to swallow.

I have found one bottle online and the rest I have bought from the whisky messe in Limburg.
Good for you, I can never find it. Have a contact in the US, and he can only seem to get one for hiself, and not a spare for me. Seems a lot of speculation going on with bourbons now, similar to all too many scotches. Have the same prob with other top end Bourbons as well. Have you tried it yet?

I haven't tried many top end Bourbons. I've gone through a couple of bottles of Pappy VW 15yo and that is my favorite. I have another bottle stashed at home but the price for it has gone through the roof in the last 1.5 years. I used to be able to get it in Zurich but the shop has been out of stock for a long while now. Had I known, I would have bought all 4 bottles they had when I was there 2 years ago!Have the same prob with other top end Bourbons as well. Have you tried it yet?
I did have some Stagg at a pub when I was visiting my family in the summer. It was in Fritton Lake which is in the arse end of nowhere but the landlord has a fetish for Bourbon!
I have some William Larue Weller, Thomas H Handy and Sazerac as well but the prices are starting to become silly so they have been moved from the drink later list to the collection list

nice choices there, what's the Kildalton Cross like, and also what do you think of the Isle of Arran?
I haven't tried the Kildalton yet but it will remain closed until I get a sample. I really like Arran. The one in the picture is the standard Amarone cask bottling and it is one of the best examples of wine finished whisky I have tried. I also rate the 10yo really highly. Arran seems to be overshadowed somewhat by other more well known island distilleries but they produce some cracking bottles at very good prices.
Just ordered a bottle of this http://www.masterofmalt.com/whiskies/speciality-dr... for my Christmas tipple.
