Pissing me off massively. I have been trying since the bottle appeared on the web site at 9.55. It went live at 10am and I have been trying to get 2 bottles. An absolute shambles as it is every year.

If it helps it will go on sale here on Friday. There will be no problem getting them either - they still have 9 bottles of the Aurivedes available as they get so many.

I've came close a couple of times and reached step 1 of checkout - but it refuses to go any further.

Sitting in the garden with the laptop and managed to get as far as delivery options, Error 500 all the way after that.

Just spoke to the distillery - it's being handled by head office seemingly and there's nothing the distillery can do. Head office, who, because it's a bank holiday are not in.


I'm going to guess their next release is going to be called Fiasco.

After 4.5 hours I have 2 bottles! My GF isn't even going to bother trying as it really is a clusterfk this year. I thought things would be a little better as the Supernova release last year was quite problem free.

Someones on the case - eventually got mine ordered... Took six hours.

Sad to say I ended up ordering it on my phone whilst sitting in the bath as the image hinted that it would be up and running in a few minutes.
