Interesting use of the word "cooked" there.

A decent vet could revive that.

it didn't look that raw in the flesh [bad pun], must be the phone pics. the meaty part of the shank was only as big as my fist and i thought 3hrs was overdoing it.

i'm not ill at any rate!
