As a compliment to the main dinner thread I thought I would create this for pictures of peoples breakfasts. No doubt humongous Full English will be highly popular, in fact I am going to do one this Sunday as my first effort.

A mound of rocket goes a treat on a bacon baguette. It was a lunchtime feed too.
In my defence, it did contain about 6 rashers of bacon and plenty of sauce.

This is definitely a re-plated Little Chef Olympic Breakfast - it's the fried potatoes that give it away! [/quote]

5pm brinner the day after the night before - as the mother of all hangovers subsided.

While rocket would not be my choice, "Bacon, lettuce, and tomato" is a fantastic combination at any time of day. And, it saves you the tomato/HP sauce dilemma - you use mayo.

Toasted ciabetta bread, sunblush tomatoes, rocket and loads of bacon. With mayo of course.Sensational.

I think it's fair to say I'm as far from a Northerner as it's possible to get. I'm afraid a BLT is just wrong. Cold bacon is wrong and warm lettuce is wrong. With a BLT you you are forced to take one of those wrongs. Stop it immediately!
