The recipe does sound rather good, although I'd've thought two tablespoons of olive oil a little excessive. Will try with about half that first...

Here's a proper breakfast - 5 bacon, 5 sausage, 2 eggs and hash-browns. Mmmmmm

KETCHUP!! Whats wrong with you man, get some brown sauce on there! Sorry I simply cannot even entertain putting ketchup anywhere near a full english/bacon butty, it's the sauce of satan.

Looks nice apart from that though!

With added hot sauce Yummy!

Tonight is a BBQ, not sure it will be up to your standards, but as our hosts tonight are Texan's/Arizonian's/Aussies in SD, I am sure with many beers it will hit the spot!

Naaah... it has right and wrong uses, that's all. It's fine on a burger, or when mixed with mayonnaise to make a dip.

Bit of Sunday morning kipper action. The kitchen still smells but it tasted great.

It did! And not as heavy in my stomach as I expected. The Mexican hot sauce I doused it in was just the right heat too.

Glad to hear it! I/We had a "breakfast burrito" on our last morning in L.A. and we both felt ill for days. I've had better food in Hooters, and something to look at.

The visit to Hooters was Friday. And the local mate warned us of from eating the food as it was fried slop... So we just had a few afternoon beers wink
