After having a bit of a think I came up with this idea. Omelette with smoked salmon, spring onions and black pudding, served with a couple of slices of toasted french bread. Here's the tidy shot: then the close up. The Wasabi sauce set it off nicely, the chilli sauce a bit too hot for first thing sunday: The, erm, money shot..? And finally, eaten "builder" style: Delicious, if a bit big. Gotta sit down for bit now...

Long time lurker on here and the take away threads so thought I would contribute. Ran 8 miles this morning and couldn't resist a nice Breakfast. Bread (toasted), eggs (poached) Stornoway black pudding, five beans, HP and a coffee. The result. The money shot. Done in about 5 minutes.

Am I doing this right? Raided the fridge at 8.30 am this morning and made a chicken, asparagus and Parma ham pasta with sundried tomato pesto and borsan sauce. Bloody lovely! Here is a question for you, is a breakfast anything you eat in the morning or the type of food? E.g if I have pie and chips at 9am is that breakfast or a dinner in the morning Or a full English at 8pm, is that dinner or breakfast in the evening?
